We did the markets, we didn’t buy much … hmmmmm, I’m wondering now if my DH might have had an ulterior motive when he suggested we go to the markets on the motorbike ;o)!!???! I found some fabulous plants that I would’ve LOVE to buy but we didn’t cos we couldn’t get them home!! I did, however, buy this little lovely …………. This can hang at our front door to welcome our family and friends!!! Of course if I’m not in a particularly social mood they’ll find this as they get to the door ……..LOL, isn’t that fabulous???!!! I couldn’t resist it he he he. Then we went for a stroll on the new Skywalk … great fun and probably a lot easier to do if you’re not wearing jeans in 31 degree heat ~ we were dressed for biking, not hiking LOL.
You get to walk above the treetops, probably not good if you’re afraid of heights, which I used to be (no idea why I’m not anymore???).
My gorgeous DH gave me the most beautiful flowers for Valentine’s Day …..
And I made him cupcakes :o)!!! What did you get up to today????

It sounds like you had a great day out - perfect motorcycling weather. I agree that they must have an ulterior motive with going to markets on the bike. That is a slight drawback, along with heavy boots, jackets, helmets and for us often leather duds - not the gear for walking and climbing. It is now so much easier for us now with the sidecar.
I love the sign you were able to fit in.
Oh that sign is too much - I LOVE IT! I would have had to get it too! Funny how you're not afraid of heights anymore - I never used to be, but I am now. So glad you had such a lovely day!!
Your hubby might have an alternative motive for taking the bike out. LOL! You can't bring much home. Love the little sign.
I spent Valentine's Day stitching with my lovely Narromine ladies. Such a relaxing day.
The sign is cheeky....gee your cupcakes look good Joy, sounds like the perfect day.
What a lovely day. I haven't been to Mt. Tamborine for ages. Love the sign and those cupcakes look devine.
Hi Joy.. I've been meaning to do that sky walk... It does look wonderful, and the added bonus of visiting Gallery Walk whilst near by!:) Loved your cupcakes, but that sign is the BEST!! Love it, and so glad you had a wonderful day.
Oh Wow Joy you certainly had a fabulous day and I do love that Welcome sign....MMmmm....
I agree with Dawn and get a little trailer to put behind the bike to put everything you buy in. Yummm the cupcakes look so delish!! Hugs Vicki xoxoxox
What an absolutley lovely day! I love the sign, too. Wish I knew how you got over your fear of heights because I could sure use that cure! Enjoyed your post! Thanks

OOoooo Joy, I just LOVE that sign....my hubby bought one that says, "If at first you don't succeed, do it the way your wife told you to!!!" hehehehe....so cute! I told my hubby about the motorbike ride....he now wants one too so I don't buy too much at the markets!!!
Our precious menfolk, what would we do without them!!!???
sugary hugs

Oh Joy those cupcakes look so good. I was going to make some for my family for valentine's day but it got away from me. The sign is fantastic. I'm afraid I'd always have "go away" haha. Not really but it would come in handy.
Great sign! :)
Must check out the skywalk next time we're down that way.
Oh Ethel - I LOVE Mt Tambourine!! We haven't been there since '98, but we used to go at least once a month so Mark could rally drive up and down that mountain! LOL!!
