Well, she appears to be a short hair and mine is a long haired black one! Love the first photo. If Sophie is in charge of quality control, she's testing fabric for softness!! :)
Having recently inherited a cat the only question is - How come they aren't bald?, how can they loose so much fur and still have mountains of it left? .....still, it is a cute cat.
Hairy fabric - I know it well, I just washed a few yards that were beyond the lint roller - Can't understand why those darn cats don't like to sleep on their own cat quilt that I made them - I guess it is just not in the right area! Lovely kitty!
Trust the cat! I have an open shelf in the shed where the bathroom is and REGULARLY find a cat huddled in amongst the bath towels, with a heap of towels pushed out onto the shed floor....it's an open shed so then those naughty chooks wander in and walk/#@* over the towels then! I hope you are having a great time in the UK, love all the posts!
Meet the family ...... DD1 - (Darling Daughter 1) Tahlia 34 - living and working in UK (miss her madly), DS - (Darling Son) Ross 32 - Alicia (Dily - daughter in law - I'm her Mily lol), and DD2 - (Darling Daughter 2) Jess 24 (also known as Bear) - the only one still living at home (bless), DH is my Darling Husband Darryl :o) who I absolutely adore :o) - these lovely people are the sunshine of my life and I love them more than words can say!! In May 2010 we adopted a 3yr old Border Collie called Bundy ... he's a real sweety!! My darling Sophie (puss), who was our CEO of all things important, passed away in March 2014 at the grand age of 18, I miss her dreadfully.

Sweet, sweet baby! How lucky you are to have such a paw-sitively good quality control tester in your home!
Look out Joy!! You're getting the evil eye in that last pic.
Just LOVE IT!!!!!
I have exactly the same hairy fabrics :)But I could not have done without my very good quilt inspector Frida the cat :)
ROFL - my fabric is all hairy too, as is all my clothing!!!!
You've got to love him/her!! That's exactly why I kept a big supply of sticky lint roller refills! ~kaholly
Look at that face...how could you hunt her off such a comfortable place?!
awww she looks so cute all curled up in the fabric.:) Just shows she has good taste in fabrics like her owner. Hugs, Jeanette
Ahhh now see why I have two wee dogs who don't shed any hair...! cute....for a cat.
Beats me as to why your fabric is hairy?
Clever cat! What a great impersonation of a fat quarter.

Really love this post. Kitties are so cuddly. Makes me want to snuggle to them.

I think cats consider their hairs accessories to our items, especially fabric. I have two who help distribute their fluff onto my things.
ha ha hahahahahaha! Oh you have made my day! This is what happens to mine all the time, I'm so glad I'm not the only one!
The fur adds a new dimension to your finished projects and i think your cat is lovely.
I'm always asking myself the same question :-). But I adore our cat (exactly as he requests), and your's is just lovely too.
Trust the cat!
