Meet Doug!!

There’s a brand new time-waster at our house!!!

DD2 (Bear) and her boyfriend Blake have a little puppy. February 2012 098He’s a miniature Daschund and his name is Doug (oh how I love those wrinkly legs ;o).

Fortunately for me he’ll be spending most of his time at his Dad’s (Blake’s) house. But he’s here a lot too – Sophie’s not too impressed with that, although she’s been surprisingly tolerant so far.February 2012 034 Probably best not to push our luck there though – just sayin’.

As for me, not much stitching going on, just pattern writing and lots (and lots) of cutting and kitting. February 2012 078These are all to be taken to the “Lets Get Stitched” weekend in Tassie … not long now, I’ve got a widget on the sidebar counting down the minutes lol.

I’ve still got loads to do before we go … probably should get to it rather than playing on the ‘puter lol.

I love those beautiful colors you have been working with! They alone as enough to inspire you.

LOL!!! Oh my gosh the look on Sophie's face! Looks like she's saying, "that thing better not have fleas and better not even try to disturb me during my nap!" LOL!!!

A sweet little addition to your family! Critters always bring me so many smiles!
