This and that and ..... I've got a secret!!!!! :o)

Not this bit ... this is a pic of the 3 Dads on Fathers Day. All with full bellies and big smiles on their faces :o). We had a really lovely day with my in-laws ... pity poor DD2 couldn't come, she was working!! Tasmanian Roast Beef & Yorkshire puds and..........get a load of the desserts my SIL made!!! They were to die for!!! Frozen Creme de Menthe cheesecakes with choccy balls on top made of choccy cheesecakey stuff rolled in peppermint Crisp choccies!!!

I just KNOW your mouth is watering as you read this lol .... and it should be .... they were DELICIOUS :o)!!! But that's not all ..... MIL made her famous Pav(lova) with fresh strawbs and even some passionfruit from SIL's garden!!!

Yummmmmmm ............... bang goes my diet {{{sigh}}}.

We did get some much needed rain on the weekend, though not on Fathers Day, the weather was glorious that day :o). Doesn't it look lovely on my Princess De Monaco roses :o)!!?

And I did manage to finish all the blocks on my second Honeycomb quilt ... I've also sewn the strips together since this pic was taken so all I need to do is sandwich them and quilt them and then I can join the strips together.

It's such a busy week this week though that I'm wondering when I'll have the time to get into my sewing room.

With all the swaps going on at the moment there are lots of secrets around in blogland .... but I've got a BIG one :o)!!! There's a whisper in the (gum) trees that something's going on!!! Watch this space for some exciting news!!!
