I knew this would happen!!!!

A couple of my friends and I got together yesterday and made some terrific things … and I’d just LOVE to show you them all but – long story short … I forgot the little card that goes in my camera so the pics I took were only saved to the camera memory. No problem there you say?? Well it shouldn’t be … only trouble is … SINCE I TIDIED UP MY FLAMING CAVE I CAN’T FIND ANYTHING ANY MORE!!!!! When everything was messy I knew where to find stuff!!!

The cord that connects the camera to the ‘puter has disappeared!!! Into thin air!!! It’s G-O-N-E!!!!

Actually, I’ve probably put it somewhere really safe so that I don’t lose it. But unfortunately for me, I’ll probably never remember just WHERE **sigh**!!!!

So you’ll have to put up with a pic of just mine. Which is a shame cos Lynn’s and Valerie’s are really t’riffic too and I would have loved to have shown you.

So here it is. Looks like a pretty bag doesn’t it??!!? June 2010 111

It even has a cute little Giggle button on the fastener {{look closely ;o) }}June 2010 120

But no …. it’s not a bag (gasp!!!) ….. it’s a travel size cutting mat and ironing board!!!!!

Ta daaaaaaa…………June 2010 118 Cool huh :o) !!???!! So that's finish number 3 for June ... YAY :o)!!

Oh, and Lynn came up with all the measurements and how to's for this fab project ... isn't she clever!!!??!

I’m gonna keep searching for that camera cord. I’ll probably find stuff I didn’t even know I’d lost ;o)!!!!!

Hi Joy - I just found a CD I hadn't seen since Easter - phew - especially phew as it was a library CD. It was buried in my sewing room under stuff!! I bet one day you'll move something and ta da you'll find your computer thingy. BTW LOVE your portable cutting board bag. Really pretty.

Fabulous!!! I gotta have one of those. I sympathize with you about the cord... I have the same problem here, but ... it's not because I cleaned, it's because I haven't! Thanks for sharing your finish, -Cori

I LOVE it!!!!! Such a wonderful idea!

I am so glad that other folks put things in "safe places" to never be found again too!

See what happens Joy when we tidy 'our' spaces up. I'm far better off when everything is muddled and for some reason can always find things. But when it's tidy, huh, I'm lucky if I can find myself *wink*.

Oh yes, tidy up and lose where everything is...I've done that too!
It'll turn up when your not looking for it..

Hey Joy-Belle! Oh ... I feel your pain at being too tidy! Whenever I clean my sewing space, I spend the next month looking for stuff that I used to be able to find!! Still haven't found one of my design notebooks that went missing during my March tidy up - DOH!! It really is safer to leave the creative clutter in place in my workspaces, I've decided ... I actually waste less time in the long run! :0) Love your cutting/ironing combo - very handy for stitching days out. Bear hugs! KRIS

Oh Joy, you always make me laugh!!!.....only because I can sooooooooooo relate! This is something I do.......regularly! Maybe that's why I procrastinate so much?? I lost the new vacuum cleaner bags the other day due to a tidying up splurge! Found them after a long look (plus other 'lost' things!), in a cupboard (where else??) lol
I do love the bag too and the cutting mat...just 'gawjus'!
big sugary hugs
XX Wendy :O)
