I went to a fabulous shop on Friday with my “Friday Ladies”. I could have spent a fortune, but I restrained myself and just bought one thing…….
With all the rain we’ve had I’ve been able to get loads of stitching done. I was very pleased with myself for getting Dawn’s Baseco Bag done. You can buy the PDF pattern here, it’s only $4!!!! And all the proceeds are going to a very worthy cause. Check it out :o).
I also got my Sashiko tablerunner finished over the weekend. I’m trying to think of a name for it and as soon as I do there will be a giveaway.

Oh my, Joy! Your bag is beautiful!!! I love it and the handles are just perfect. The table runner is gawjus!! Makes me wish I hadn't posted the picture of that tacky ole tote I made. But, hey, you gotta start somewhere so maybe I'll get half as good as you are at some point before I'm too old to thread the needle. Have a great weekend.

your bag has turned out a treat, but I just think the tablerunner is just stunning. I thought of "Dragonfly Dreams" or "Simply Sashiko". Whatever the name, I would love to make it!!
