We’ve just had a wonderful visit from my lovely daughter Tahlia and her partner Luke. They were here for a wedding in Sydney and came up to Brisbane for some time with the families before they headed back to London via Cambodia. It was only a short visit this time and they left late last night *sniff* …… I’m going to miss her so much. We had a terrific time while they were here though … and we even managed a few days up at Noosa on the Sunshine Coast with the whole family … fabulous, even though it was a bit overcast sometimes :o)!!!!

It was also super special timing as I got to celebrate my birthday with ALL of my children – that’s two years in a row :o)!!!
My gawjus kids!!!! Love them to bits :o)!!!
Speaking of birthdays …. thanks to everyone for your lovely birthday wishes – it was a great day made even more special by the thoughtfulness of my dear blogging and facebook friends :o) – I feel truly blessed to have met such lovely people in blogland, and I’m constantly amazed by their generosity too - Thank you SO much
Vicki,

My “
Accuquilt GO! Baby” is here …. woohoo!!! I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been making. What fun!!! And SO easy to use too :o). Here’s a little hint of what I’ve been up to with it …

In my next post I’ll show you how easy it is to make a cute little table mat :o).
Well I’d better be off and do some stitching … what with the dreaded lurgy (gone now thank goodness), my birthday, and Tahlia and Luke’s visit I’ve hardly picked up a needle for waaaaay too long.
